Why? If you could believe the sender sent it to the wrong address, who's to say he didnt send it to the wrong person? If its some completly made up name the post office can become suspicious and open it themselves - thats actually "probable cause". There is no probable cause if its correctly named and addressed. This is covered in Rick Collins book.

all depends bro.....you mean how big of a package gets either seized or controlled delivery i assume......this being when it comes through customs or when the mail is just delivering it? if its a domestic package they can NOT open it just for any reason bro and if they do find out there is gear in there they will most likely try and arrest you no matter how small it is being domestic....as either they have something on you or they have somethign on the source that sent it.

as for int'l....i've seen guys get busted for a 300.00 0rder and i have seen a seizure letter for 200 sust, 2000 dball, 1000 anadrol....and heard of more than that just being seized

I just ordered int'l and at first I was a little paranoid about sending it to my address and name but after thinking about it, there is no way they can trace the purchase and it would cost them more money and time than it's worth to send an agent to stake out my post office to see if I pick it up and take it home. And if I didn't open up the package before they bust you, they really don't have much of a case because you could claim you were expecting some type of souveiner or something. Now if you are ordering 1000s of amps and tabs , that is a little more risky. And if you get busted with stuff in your home because they have a warrant you are pretty much screwed. Your best bet is to act like you didn't know that was there/it was planted etc. and wait till they give you a plea bargain or something. If you get caught with drugs in your home after the police served you with a warrant, you have a slim chance of getting off on the charges because the police just wasted time and energy to serve that warrant and do not want to leave empty handed and look like fools.

Yeah, if they do a full investigation, they will NEVER put 2 and 2 together since this is something they deal with on a daily basis.

If they heard you say that you could deny the false name and address , - LE would laugh thier asses off.

After years of dodging legal bullets from the man, I thought some of you guys might benefit greatly from sharing some of my(or my friend's experiences). I'm going to give you guys real life scenarios the could occur with anyone that possesses,sells, or uses AAS and I wanna know what you would do in this situation. Think it through, and be honest with how you would react. Answering correctly (and being mentally capable of doing the same thing in real life) could save you thousands of $$$ in fines/legal expenses, possible jail time, and probation. Answering wrong, or not knowing what to do could cause you to really fuck yourself way worse than it has to be-even when caught w/ your hands in the cookie jar.

2 detectives show up at you and your gf's crib w/ a warrant to search for AAS. They find 10 x 10ml bottles of test cyp in your dresser. They ask you if it's yours. (question #1) What do you say? Regardless of how you answer #1, you're probably getting arrested for possession. They bring you down to the police station, book you,print you, etc. They sit you in a small room for about 2 hrs deliberately so you'll be hating life, nervous, and ready to cooperate. (question #2) In comes a cop, he asks you if the steroids were yours again. What do you answer? The cop tells you the only way he can help you is if you help him. He says if you can get 2 of your friends(or anyone willing) to sell you roids on hidden video they'll let you off 100%-no court/no fines/no police record/nothing. (question #3) Do you take the deal? Let's assume you don't take the deal. Now the cop pulls out a statement signed by your gf/wife saying that the roids were yours exclusively, and if you don't admit possession they're arresting your wife/gf too. They also threaten to seize your house and cars. You now feel guilty that you got your old lady involved in your personal BS. (question #4) Do you bite the bullet and admit the roids were yours? Let's say you're a selfish bastard and you feel totally betrayed by your gf/wife for signing that document, so they offer you a shot at signing a similar statement saying the roids were in fact hers. (question #5) Do you sign it and let that Judas bitch take the heat? In general, the cops trying to let you know you've fucked up real bad and you're going down big time no matter what. (question #6) What do you say? (question #7) How long can you expect to be in jail before getting released?

All of these answers may seem rather trivial when you're shitting bricks, but the answers could easily be the difference between getting off 100%, getting a plea bargain that you can live with, or winding up in a legal mess w/ all the charges to sticking to you like glue=max fines/penalties. After I see some responses, I'll review questions 1-8 and tell you what I've seen happen in similar situations and why you should answer the way that I suggest. Keep in mind-cops are not your friends, ever. They're trained to put you at ease so you'll spill the beans and make their case against you a strong one-even when it isn't. Cops also lie regularly too. When you're answering the above questions properly, the cops will become agitated-which probably means you're doing a good job.

Easy, I would have my g/f open the door and allow them to come in.. meanwhile I am loading the AR-15... I wait till I hear the door shut and I storm downstairs bustin caps in all the pigs asses. I then take their bodies and bury them in the backyard and cover it in cement for a new basketball court. Always wanted one of those. SO Meanwhile my g/f drives their vehicle to the nearby chop shop for the extra cash so if anything where to come up I killed anyone it can be used to hire Johnny Cochran (sp?) because he helped OJ win his case.

simple. they are fuckin with a soon to be lawyer, the son of a big swinging dick attorney in one of the biggest cities, the brother of another attorney, fuck my whole damn family. i don't say a word, call my father/attorney. a month or two down the road they are packing bags very warm to go work in alaska. the last cop that tried to fuck with me is now doing paper work for the rest of his life
