Busted. What Do You Do?

Even 1/2 joint will get you $2500 fine and 1 yrs drug testing/ probation on a 1st offense.
When the cops cuff you they'll act like it will all go away if you just admit guilt. They'll say "you're a professional, family guy, upstanding citizen, you don't even speed, now just tell us the roids are yours so we can help you" Yeah-help you give them a slam dunk casae against you that sticks. They don't care if you're a nice guy that gives to charity or some wife beating alcoholic-they just want the credit for the bust.

LOL! and don't get a DUI either. After legal expenses, court costs, 2 wks in jail minimum, and up to 6 months with a suspended license it will cost you a minimum of $10K. If your case goes to trial it will almost double in cost.

They pretty much play it the same every time once they grab you. They'll rotate different cops into the room if they feel they aren't getting anywhere, to wear you down. They'll hold you the full 24 or more and tell you that they'll put you in with the worst murderers if you don't talk. They'll try to be your buddy, talk about people you went to HS with, or mutual friends. The worst is that they threaten your family, that's the last resort usually. That generally breaks most guys, when they tell you that your mom and dad are going to be felons because of you. Remember "Anything you say CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU in a court of law". And don't try to be Matlock, and complain that they didn't give you a phone call or Mirandize you; you're wasting your time. Act like you got all the time in the world, don't address questions, ask for an attorney.

I would like to add in a few good tips if you dont mind that I didnt see here, first dont forget if they dont have a warrant and they come to your door and ask to come in and "Talk" You now gave them permission to search your home by allowing them inside, although they can NOT open drawers or dressors until something (pin, bottle, syringe, flip top cap) catches their eye, then they now have the legal right to peroform a full search as if they had a warrant from a judge, so if they ask to talk slam the door in their face as they have nothing, or just step outside and talk out there, never let them in. If I was in that situation I would just keep my mouth closed and ask for my lawyer to come down and then well go from there, and I know they wouldnt ever be able to use my girl against me as she would never rat on me, and I too have her trained on what to do so precisley the cops would hate her too, actually my girl would probably do better than me LOL......Good post, and for anyone on here that uses gear, orders gear, sells gear and has not read legal muscle its a major mistake, even if you learn 1 thing it could save your friggin ass....

thanks for the advice and comments. Hopefully everything works out. If it comes down to it I'll keep my mouth shut, ask for an attorney and maintain. Been thru da jail system and know I can't trust anyone who says "Trust me, I can help you out." I'm just stressin cause I'm married with 3 children and I have my medical career ahead of me to think about. Just wanna know how big of a package gets a person noticed by the postal service.

all depends bro.....you mean how big of a package gets either seized or controlled delivery i assume......this being when it comes through customs or when the mail is just delivering it? if its a domestic package they can NOT open it just for any reason bro and if they do find out there is gear in there they will most likely try and arrest you no matter how small it is being domestic....as either they have something on you or they have somethign on the source that sent it.
as for int'l....i've seen guys get busted for a 300.00 0rder and i have seen a seizure letter for 200 sust, 2000 dball, 1000 anadrol....and heard of more than that just being seized
My opinion
Keeping stash "someplace else" and then having to transport it home or to that place falls under my first rule of stupidity - Guys always getting pulled-over with gear in their car...............now you've got transportation too, and depending on how you packaged it - you could get intent to distribute.
I never liked using false names/addys/etc with the USPS - don't tell me they can't tack on "federal" charges for fraud.
These are the things "I" think about
