Busted - Need Help!!!

Im am really mad, right now, and also sweating this.

I recently placed an order through a friend (he had domestic soure - Texas) anyway he got his package fine but my shit went on backorder and when he got it Pd tagged him and he got busted with the shit. So now hes fucked but hes not squelling on anyone b/c he ordered for more than 1 person. So now what should I do, is there any way of me getting in trouble since i never recieved the pakcage (if they force him to answer questions)or could he be just dicken me over for gear and $$$, im too scared of being busted so no phone or e-mail or im with him.

BROS PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! ADVICE POST HERE OR EMAIL ME!!!! :( :( :( IM LOSING SLEEP HERE!!!
 
from what he told me is that they got to his house at 5 in the morning and took his ass. he got a court date soon. and thats all he told me, but idk if its true b/c the shit would be over the news.
 
wel tell him to keep his mouth shut.....they well play games with him tring to mess with him so he can tell them all of the juicers that he knows that juice.....how much he get hit with???...get a good lawyer......
 
even if i have nothing, i was talking to an ex agent on the board and he said if u didnt recieve anything then your cool, b/c how can they know if I actually placed an order or was just pretending?

they might trick him to tell on people but tell him NOT to say anything but tell him it well be all good....and how much he get caught with???
 
mine shit was $400 of eq and aratest - 2 bottles each and i hav no clue what he ordered or what his friends ordered - but probably the same shit
 
would it be safe to call him(on cell phone) or email him or go to his house. Also good thing is he doenst know my last name or where I live.
 
i might be wrong here but they would have to actually find it in your possesion (in your home) to bust you. here say does not apply.
 
fortunately in our beloved country a little something called evidence is required to convict u for anything - witnesses dont count

nothin to sweat, but till its resolved i would keep it all clean.

...or he's bullshitting you about being arrested and is keeping your gear. :mad: Wouldn't be the first time that happened. There aren't a whole lot of domestic seizures involving such a small amount, but either way, you're out your money and almost certainly are not going to have any legal trouble as a result.
 
Hey Bro, you got burned twice. That much gear only costs around $180.00 and no I am not a source so don't even ask me where....'Cause I don't know.

Don't sweat it!! In TX and under federal law, there is no such crime as attempted possession of a controlled substance. The reason is that possession either requires actual dominion or control over the item or constructive possession. Constructive possession can occur when somebody's house is raided and everyone is charged with the controlled substance found in the house or when a car is stopped and everyone in the car gets charged. Neither actual nor constructive possession apply here. Possession must be a completed crime to have conduct which is punishable. This is known as the actus reas of the crime.

In one of your posts, you said that you would deny ever asking for the controllled substance. That absolutely drives me crazy!!! One day, I'll actually convince everyone on this board to say NOTHING to the police without your lawyer being present. I've been practicing criminal law for years, and I'm not so arrogant as to believe that I could talk my way out of a sticky situation with the police. IF EVER QUESTIONED BY THE POLICE, DEMAND A LAWYER.

If you live in Houston or Dallas, the incident will probably be over for you, even if your friend gives up your name to law enforcement. If you live in a smaller town, then the worst law enforcement might do is send you a controlled buy. Don't receive any packages from your friend for at least the next two years.

I would get rid of any gear that is in your home or automobile. You better remain clean for the next year. Also, don't have any correspondence or conversations with your friend. (Exception: hushmail or elitefitness encrypted e-mail). That sounds cold, but the government can easily intercept communications, and you need to look out for yourself. You don't need to further implicate yourself.

nycdefender that is a fantastic post., no doubt that you have a legal background. There is a source in TX that the feds want big time. They would probably waste tax payers money by busting some guys to get evidence against them. If it is the source that that I am thinking about they often pass fakes as well as real gear.

I agree with you 100%. I know plenty of people doing time that were never caught with
anything. All that happens is someone gets busted. He says I know a guy who brought
cocaine back from the Bahamas on this date. They look, that guy was in the Bahamas on
that date. Arrested. I know it sounds like bull shit, but the government can do whatever
the fuck they want. Trust me Federal prisons are full of people like this. And I do know
people in fed fro steroids.

If arrested, the only words out of your mouth should be "I will not speak without a lawyer"
 
PolishOak, I'm getting old and didn't read that you were from NJ. If you have any legal troubles, e-mail me. I know an attorney that used to work with me in New York to whom I could refer you. I'll help you negotiate the legal fee. Although the firm doesn't do much with AS law, they are an exceptional criminal defense firm. I could help them with defenses.
