Busted for Fina

Just wondering if anyone has ever been arrested or "busted" for ordering Fina online?

I don't believe that ordering the fina pellets is illegal. I am not sure enough, however, for you to take my word on it. I'm sure more knowledgeable people will give you their ideas on this thread.

fina pellets are not illegal to purchase. Its what you do with it...

You can order it all day long and keep as much of it as you want...but if you convert it for human consumption then it's a prob.

It is legal to purchase the kits for use on cows, the sale of kits for anyother purpose voids the exemption under which they are sold and makes them subject to the dea scheduling and consequent legal action. Be smart and take advantage of the current laxity in enforcing the requirements but don't think that at some point if johnny law becomes involved you are going to be able to say, "hey officer, it is legal to buy the kits!" Keep a low profile and currently you should be OK.

U CAN BUY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS....
ONCE U CONVERT AND OR IF U SELL IT THEN THATS WHEN THE FUN BEGINS. BUY SMALL AMOUNTS FOR YOUR SELF AND KEEP THEM FOR U. MIX AS NEEDED AND U WILL BE FINE. DEA WILL NOT RAID YOUR HOUSE FOR 1-2 BOTTLES OF FINA!
THE KITS ARE LEGAL TO BUT TOO.

its perfectly legal to have fina pellets in your fridge.

Its after you turn it into injectable that makes it illegal.

Fina = Legal anyone can buy it just use how it is intended
Kits = lega just dont convert fina with it
