There's only one RC that I can think of bro, so it is likely the one you are thinkin of. THat being said, it's partly his own fault for accepting cash payments to his home address...

I can think of one, but he is international. It's his business name, not real name.

Playing the "what's worse" is always the worst argument of all.

In this case - this person was stupid enough to have a "moderate" amount of AAS delivered to his house.

Anything more than a couple of vials, and you won't convince "anyone" that hte gear is for personal use.
 
29 vials and hundreds of pills sounds like personal use to me-especially if the vials are low mgs/mls. Good job 50-you saved countless lives with this brilliant takedown.
 
You know I have not posted here since like 2000. But I feel compelled to say. WHAT THE FU*K DOES THAT FAT FU*KING PIG OF A COP KNOW ABOUT PERSONAL USE? Some people bridge, hence they buy in bulk.

With so many busts going on latley I dont know why people keep taking the big risks by ordering international.....domestic is the safest way to go..at least safer the international..

order domestically
some how the package was discovered to have juice in it?
i didnt read newhere that is was sent ups

I didn't watch the video - no need, it's over now.

And having (29) vials (most likely NOT low doses) Fed Ex'd to your house is just Insanely Stupid.

Feds don't need "any" permission to open a Fed Ex package - USPS they do.

Also - International Order - dumb

why not move the focus away from the L.E. and put it on how "poor" this guys decision making was.

And yes, - after 100 questions, - I AM in L.E......

Police say the man in question received the shipment from out of state meaning this could part of a bigger investigation.

- Guess I took this as international...but it could have been domestic..not too specific..

It wasn't International. It was domestic. If you have any pending orders and your source has RC in their name you might want to clean house and call it a loss.

i took out of state is in it was sent from another state... if it was sent from over seas they would have said over seas...

everyone keeps mentioning fed ex... please show me where in the article is says it was sent fed ex


second this guy isnt a source right? this is just a bust of some idiot ordering from him and maybe a couple of his friends?


remember its not unheard of to have 29 vials and a lotta tabs for 3-4 guys who were friends...who were stupid enough to put all that in one order

not an international investigation....

it's probably guys trying to save in bulk or make match a "minimum order" - either way, if you have more than a "little for personal use", you're throwing up a red-flag.

I get the feeling though that if your domestic package is discovered, you are in much more danger than if it had been international. Ive had shipments from Europe confiscated by customs and just get that letter, but everytime you see someone going down for small quantities like this its domestic sources. I think local law enforcement has more time on their hands and will pursue these matters much more than the feds will.

Ya know, that is my take on it too. Several peeps have got letters from customs and it ends there, but domestic is another story. Maybe its just me but domestic seems like you could be in trouble easier.
 
The guy got busted, then had the sources info at his house. They then busted the source.

The problem was the source accepted cash in the mail to his house where he had the goods.
 
btw...it's not the same international RC everyone might be thinking about, it's some domestic small timer from what I heard.

It should be noted that "personal use" is not what it used to be a few weeks ago. An emergency law was passed that made the punishment for liquid AAS 20 times stronger and 50 times stronger for pills.

I'd be curious to know how they would go about prosecuting for raw powders. I could see that being some sort of loophole. :)

This is not true. Federal law always supersedes state law. If it's a state and a federal beef you can be arrested twice and convicted twice. Once in state court and once in federal court. But it is true that when ever a crime is committed across state line the feds are called in under the interstate commerce clause. But the bottom line is wave BY BY.

This was a domestic ug lab from what I read. But as for ordering ordering domestic , if you want human grade it is harder to find domestic unless you want to pay insane dollars.

i don't think so, but it's all in the way "domestic" labs practice thier business skills.

It's not about "hiding" - it's about making a website (I.E. a-labs) and shoving it in the face of L.E...................

Wanna not get in trouble - don't do anything absurdly STUPID.

That "emergency law" ONLY applies to athletes and/or trainers who acquire AAS to give and aid athletes.

Let's not get carried away spreading misinformation. Read the law and reports again.
