What do you all think of reverse mergers?
Uncle is in talks with some guy who works for a company that does these, he said it sounds interesting, and was looking for some feedback.
From what I know, theres a reporting company for sale but not trading, it's got 100,000 shares issued out of 100million authorized, and 1 person holds all those 100k shares. it's got no liabilities or litigations pending on the company. He's thinking about buying this to raise capital for another business.
