Business Oppurtunity

Let's start with the business model itself. We have the opportunity to grow a global business , utilizing the technology of the internet. While there are other companies that say they can offer that, the fact is we opened for business in 33 countries in our first 30 months of operation, and we are now open in a full 35 countries worldwide. We have offices and management teams in 12 locations to attend to the needs of our international distributor base. No other company has done this in that short amount of time. In fact there are only a handfull of companies that can boast true global distribution, and it took them many many years to accomplish that. We are on track to be open in 50 countries by the year 2010.

Our parent company is publicly traded, and we were recognized as being the fastest growing publicly traded company out of Dallas Texas, in the year 2004, out of a potential 7000 other companies. We are also debt free, with a cushion of money earmarked for future expansion.
All of this has been accomplished because of a solid management team, that has many years of combined experience.

Our products are truly unique. Two of our products are in fact so unique that we have been recognized as having created a new vertical market within the industry. We are the first and only company so far to market these products through a network marketing model. Our products are consumable, and because we are not in a competetive field, the customer re-order rate is very high.

High impact, quality consumables means better chance of commisionable revenue. We have one of the highest commission payouts in the industry, with no levels, no loss of volume earned for active distributors, and no cap on income. We get paid for all of the work we do, and we get paid on our entire organization, all around the world no matter how big that group grows.

Even with all that we have accomplished within this industry, we are still unkonwn in North America. In the United States,... the largest market in the world for direct sales, our company does a mere fraction of global sales. In fact we are only open in 4 of the biggest countries for network marketing. With 5 record breaking years under our belt, we still offer all of the benefits of a start-up company, with out the downfalls. There-in lies the opportunity.

The opportunity to be a part of a billion dollar company in it's infancy simply doesn't happen every day. We are on track to join only 12 other companies achieving Billion dollar status by the year 2011

Hey bud.

I'm one of the most driven individuals you'll ever meet in your life. I wasted a year of my nights & weekends on network marketing. I even believed all my own B.S. about how the company saves money because they advertise through their distributors instead of madison avenue so they can pay that money out to the distributors, etc. that we had a product that really helped people etc... how fast the company I was with was growing.. etc.. I did very well, moved from bronze to silver to gold to diamond, had my name on the site under "stars" lol, everything.. but man... I quit it.. gave my "network" to someone else.. it was an empty feeling.

I've ever done has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth by the time I was through with it. I could go on and on for pages but I won't. I hope you do well but if anyone contacts you about this I want it to be through a private message. Do not post a link to sign up through your personal site for your company. I know that while you're in this there is NOTHING that can distract you from your purpose, and you're leveraging yourself and your time etc. etc. etc... but please only talk about in concept here, and don't spam our board with ads for your company or personal links.

Thanks.

-Bran

P.S. As many times as people in your field say "Opportunity", I'd learn how to spell it right!!

Wasn't for sure I could even post what I did and only wanted to give info on the "opportunity". Thanks for the advice.

Feel free to PM the information.. I'd love to hear what 'opportunity' you have to offer. While I am very content with what I am doing right now, I am always open to new concepts.

network marketing is hard stuff, only the top 3% of people succeed in this business.

I did it for 6 years and did rather well. -But decided I didn't like marketing. I chose a different route and many others would too.

The thing is, you never know if it is for you unless you try it. If nothing else, you have potential to develop your people skills and business knowledge if you have a reasonable support/educational system. That knowledge has helped me and others launch other conventional businesses which were better founded than most.

I guess what I am trying to say is: If you are business minded or have a goal, you should at least TRY network marketing before you decide it isn't for you. You may just end up with a zillion positives that have nothing to do with marketing at all.

At the very least you can write off internet and new computers for your "home based business" for tax purposes. Some people I knew even wrote off partial electricity and cell phone bills.

lol only if you make money... and remember, write offs aren't free, only saving around 20% unless you were having a complete schmuck do your taxes.

lol I think you edited my post instead of replying.

You can show a loss for the first couple years.

All I was referencing is the falsehood that write offs are "free"

they are only free if you aren't making any money and have income from another source.

If you are deducting them from income, then all you are saving is the marginal tax rate on every dollar you deduct from them... so most likely 20-30%...if you would have bought them w/ post tax dollars, remember that you only would have lost 20-30% depending on your tax bracket. This isn't enough to warrant buying something you don't need, but it's a hell of an incentive if it's something that COULD help your business.

HOWEVER, if you have a huge loss on your sch. c business but have income from another source, yes it is advantageous. I said nothing about not being able to show loss, that's perfectly fine...just like you said, after 3 you are susceptible to hobby losses... so show some income eventually...

Remember they can call up to 7 yrs back from the audit date and disallow whatever they want... just some easy advice. They're not going to mess with you over pennies though. cheers
