burning more cals while on a ckd

Ive been in the process of moving apartments in the passed week, ie ive been a full-time paker since monday. It really takes a lot outa you..Ive been keeping my cals at 1160-1200 per day, but should you increase depending on how active you are? or will this prevent any fat loss?

You'll lose more bodyfat w/ all the workingout, most of the energy expenditures will come from stored fat (after the food intake is used up). So, I would think keeping it the same is fine....
