Burning Delts!

It started last Friday but I managed to get through my workout. Today it was so unbearable that I had to skip shoulder work and move on to arms. What is causing this? Over training? Not enough sleep? It’s like a really bad lactic acid burn.
  • Mon/Thu: Chest & Back (morning), Light Cardio & Abs (evenings)
  • Wed: Spinning
  • Tue/Fri: Shoulders & Arms (morning), Light Cardio & Abs (evenings)
  • Sat: Cardio
  • Sun: Off
I’ve been eating very clean, supplementing with protein shakes & vitamins, drinking 2 gallons of water ed.

Winny/50mg/Ed
Eq/400mg/Wk
Tren/75mg/Eod

I’ve also been doing Clen & T-3.

Need more info? LMK.
 
Add Flax Oil.

Also, is it a muscle issue or rotator cuff issue?
 
George, I’m thinking it is rotator cuff, but I’m not 100% sure. It burns whenever I do standing overhead barbell presses (no machine) and upright dumbbell lateral raises. Smith machine front presses do not hurt, nor do upright rows or bent-over dumbbell lateral raises.
