I don't know about you, but the tears seemed fake as hell. As if you could almost hear him say " please don't sue my ass " between sobs.

Oddly enough he was able to pull it together enough when driving the point of the band NOT having permission to use the pyro.

Looked like a lawyer coached event to me.........

Well duh. He's only looking at about 100 wrongful death lawsuits (well maybe just one big ass class action suit) and possibly murder charges. And I'm sure the surviors will sue too.
