Ah ok sorry then. As I said, I rarely come over here so I hadnt' heard of the product. Looking forward to hearing some feedback once more people have tried it for an extended period of time

So I started my LIPOflame this morning at around 11:30 am. I took 3 caps as Omega suggested. Hectic day so I didnt go to the gym just did some sit ups, crunches and jumped rope at home.

At 3 caps I was pretty good on the sweating but when I was active, I was that whore in the church that c3 mentioned. Insane...

Appetite control: more than amazing. I have to be honest, I haven't had a desire to touch food all day long, I had to force myself to eat something which is great for me. I have to be careful because it I haven't had anything more than a salad all day long and I have been up and about for 10 hours already.

I took my second dose around 7:00 pm and have been drinking water all day. Gotta remember to stay hydrated.

Omega, so far I am a believer and it is only day 1. I shared my good find with a few friends so hopefully that helps with feedback from various types of users.

wow yesterday was a cardio session at the track at the park....

6 Caps. 20 mins prior to running.

my Previos PR was 5 laps, (each lap is 1/4 mile) This time i STOPPED MYSELF at 10. I only stopped because i knew i had to do a lap backwards and some speed work so i saved myself, but shit, to go from 5 to 10 is a huge step. I guess i always had it in me, i just hate running and i would konk out due to bordome, while running on the LIPOFLAME, i felt myself keep telling myself "comon, 1 more, do u got it? comon" , each friggin lap i was telling myself that. The focus i get off this stuff is insane, oh yea and i went home and cleaned the house since i only ran 1 hr lol....

Woke up this morning, Girlfriend perticulary told me my stomach looks flatter (the lower portion), and she took some lipoflame pills in a baggie to work to try lol....hey results speak for themselves....

Well I for one never experianced "fat burning" from the E-C-A stack. I have gotten great energy and a good amount of appitite supression from effie and caffine though. As I have posted before, I use alot of effie.

This morning I ordered 2 "Lipoflames" and can't wait to see this mood elivation that people claim. And if this indeed gives energy and fat burning, well maybe after 12 1/2 years I can say goodby to effie.

That would mean a good deal of cash going towards "Lipoflame"

A better alternative? I hope so.

Also can't wait to get my order of the "Rapid Mass Stack" If these are as good as I've read, especially the amp02, I'm gonna go broke buying these items! )

Had to post this hear too. Just received my bottle yesterday. Ordered on monday and at my door by wednesday, thats outstanding. I took 3 caps before hitting the trails on my mountain bike. And I ride hard so I know im getting good cardio out of it, and these are grueling trails. Well let me tell you lipoflame is incredible. The sustained energy was fantastic, no jitters and no crash. I rode for about two hours and then came home and cut the lawn. Great product Omega. I highly recommend it, and i've tried a lot of products. Bear in mind im a regular coffee drinker too, so im used to stimulants. You wont be disappointed.
