Whatever is THE CHEAPEST way to dispose of my body. For all I care it could be dumped in a ditch somewhere. HELLO! When you're dead, you won't be needing your body anymore. A body is not who you are... the important part lives on forever in the smiles of those whose lives you have touched during your time on earth.

I really don't like the idea of a whole field of dead bodies...kinda freaky. I saw poltergeist...
No urn either...I don't want to be mistaken for someones ashtray.... I guess I would want my ashes spread out on a hot and sunny beach....maybe in a bottle of Captain Morgan...

Pamela you are soooooooo on the money with the statement about the family being too distraught to make proper decisions. I once heard the owner of a funeral home explaining how they decide "which package" they will present the survivors with. They sized the family up by the type of car they drive up in. If it is an expensive car, they show them all the bells and whistles first because the mourners will ALWAYS go with what you show them first. It makes no business sense for the funeral director to invest his time presenting options to a family that can not afford it anyway. Then the funeral home loses money.
Think about THAT. It isn't like the bereaved are going to "shop around to get the best price."

Like Chefwide said - slice me, dice me, take out anything that could help somebody else and just discard what remains the cheapest, easiest way possible.
All I care about after I am dead is the influence I had on the world while I was actually in it. It's is really a shame that people even feel the need to care about what is done with their bodies after their soul has left it.

There is a difference between "emotional" and "passionate".
I can admit to being both and am glad that I am this way. It is part of what makes me unique as a person but also a large part of what seperates us from being animals.
However, because these are words on a screen, it is easy to confuse one with the other. And, of course, one of the quickest ways that men try to cut women down is by calling them "emotional". In other words, we make much ado about nothing. Which I will not argue that women tend to make bigger deals out of things that most men do not, however, we just don't pick up our fists and punch someone in the head when they tick us off, either.
But here is the kicker.
I don't take it as a cutdown (even though it is often times clear.. and I am not saying that this is YOUR intent) anymore than I take the word "bitch" as an insult, ESPECIALLY when wielded by a man. When a man says things of this sort to me, I take it as a compliment. It means that he is truly threatened...

But the narrator's family have a special tunnel, one with only flowers and bees. "...a special place, a happy place..."
Highly recommended if you're into those book thingies people used to read.

Fitfossil - WERD on the being free part. That is exactly how I want my remains to be dealt with. Whoever knows me the best at the time of my departure from this life will get to decide exactly where to dump "me" as I really don't have a preference. As I stated before, I'll be dead and am not overly concerned with hoopla and fanfare. If that be my girls, groovy. My sister, cool too. S/O.. whatever.
But everyone who knows me has already been instructed. If they do NOT dump my remains somewhere I will return and haunt their sorry asses till they go out of their freaking minds!
Now THAT is annoying!
