Bump on arm

I've got a noticeable bump on my arm at an injection site on my delt. The shot stung like a bitch when I did it. That was on Tuesday. Now, three days later there is a noticeable bump that is redish and a little black and blue.

I've never had an abcess. I'm not sure if this is an abcess in the making or if this is a standard BA reaction and I just didn't inject very deep.

It is a bit sore, but not deathly painful.

I have Keflex and an assortment of other antibiotics. I've already started a course of antibiotics (Keflex) to head off further trouble.

Any interpretations, suggestions, etc...?

somewhat common reaction to the higher Benzyl content gear.. particularly testanon and t400 or any of the new high mg ester (200mg cyp) etc..

this is a "mexico" problem and they still have not gotten it right with all the batches though its getting better..

apply heat and rub the site.. vigorously.. and be sure to do this after all injects (at least the massaging).. it really cuts down on occurence by diffusing BA away from site (other wise bolus forms and VERY irritating).. cutting with low BA gear helps

I don't think you have an abscess. Sounds like the typical reaction to a high alcohol content gear. I think you are making a mistake taking antibiotics the way you are. When you start taking an antibiotic you need to take it for the full duration, otherwise the bacteria that the antibiotic doesn't kill becomes stronger. You also run the risk of the bacteria in your body becoming immune to antibiotics due to overuse. Just don't want to see you mess yourself up.

 Thank you Macro and BigGuns.

Although I would love to see you die a horrible and painful death from an infection, I would have to agree with the above. In my experience, give it another 2 days and itll be gone.
