For the guys out there who spend part of the winter bulking, how much do you usually plan on putting on? or what do you expect to put on each week?

When do you quit and start getting ready for summer? and how much do you plan on losing and in what amount of time is normal for you?
 
i dont plan on a set amount. i use the mirror. when i lose all my abs i call it quits. that is usually in the 20-25 lbs range.

i take 8 weeks to strip off the fat.
 
when your cutting what do you cut from diet? carbs? or just straight calories? or somthing im totally blind at
