Lifting for long time (off and on)


I did a cycle of test e 600mg for 10 weeks.
My goal was to add mass, lots..or as much as I could.

I was 186lbs before I cycled. (I was 160ish when I first started working out)
So I ate probably 80% clean.
My results were good.
I've always had small arms/shoulders and they got bigger not as big as I hoped but in time. I put a lot of weight on in the belly area and chest.

Should I reevaluate my diet? It's a pretty typical mass gain diet. Add more cardio. ( run a mile before each workout)

Did you run an air on cycle? You may be holding water if you didn't... if you want to cut some you obviously need to clean up your diet and hit some cardio

Test will pack on the mass, thats why its imperative that you eat clean if you want to stay lean. That 20% of shit food went to your belly. And some of it is probably water aswell. Clean your diet up, when you start pct that water will come off fast.

On my 3rd cycle with test e + deca + anadrol i put on over 40 lbs up to 265. Was large but lots of water. Loved growing out of my clothes thoufh.

Water weight packs on everywhere. If you had a belly before you will just have a bigger one after. Other than just water it's could be just eating shitty.
 
I finished pct, and I'm 3 weeks into a dbol test e 800mg cycle.

My goal is to get bigger in the arms and shoulders. My torso is big but arms aren't. I'm just confused why it went right to my belly.

I didn't lose that much after first cycle, I kept a lot.

When people see me that haven't in a long while tell me that I got "fat"

So....eat more clean and maybe step up with some more cardio?
 
Post up your topical daily diet that way we can give u better advise , your protein intake should be atleast 400 g ed. You might ve eating way too many carbs if ppl say u look fat. And when did u finish that Bulker as I see you jumpers on another cycle ? And if u look bloated or fat stay away from dbol as it holds lots of water but again diet is the key here .
 
So you never took any time off and just started another cycle? Theres really no point in doing a pct if your going to go straight to another cycle. You would have been better off cruising.

Probably because 20% of what you eat sucks, you do no cardio and your estrogen is not controlled turning you into a fat woman.
