bulking vs cutting...which would you do first?

say you have around 15% bf. would a bulking diet help you lose some of that bf if you ate good? i know you cant look shredded unless you do a cutting cycle but ive seen people who look big and have little bf. they dont look shredded but they still look good. matt duvall is an example (well smaller than him) of what im talking about. im on a cutting cycle right now but i was thinking of bulking for 10 wks first (sust, dbol, tren), taking a month off and then do an 8 week cutting cycle (prop, tren, clen, T3). good idea or bad? my main concern with bulking diets is that i dont want to be a fatass pig.
 
true,,but u cant cut what u dont have,,if u just get rid of the bf you'll just be skinny...lifes full of hard choices:)
