Bulking Suppliments: Critique Mine

I am 140 lbs, 17 years old, male.

Target Weight: 180 lbs
Calorie Intake: 4000-4500 calories with ratio of 55% Carb/25% Pro/ 20% Fat
Also: 7 meals a day + protein in mid night.

Meal plan is well planned with low glycemic index foods and high glycemic index foods in appropriate places with whey and casein in appropriate places.

My suppliments on a daily basis (Please note that I am just stating total amount I take and I have put the suppliment in the appropriate time for performance of the suppliment):

Casein Protein - Optimum 100%
Salmon Oil - NOW (Probably have one with every meal or so)
Universal Animal Pak, 44 Paks (1 per day)
Whey Protein - Optimum 100% Vanilla, 10 lbs.
Creatine Monohydrate - Higher Power (20 g per day and yes I will do cycling)
Chromium Picolinate -200mcg - Higher Power (1 per day)
L-Glutamine - Higher Power (18 g / day)
BCAA 1000 Caps - Optimum (2 per day)
Optimum ZMA - (2 per day)

Should any suppliments be added or removed from this list and could you please give me a little bit of info as to why a suppliment should be added or removed because I love to learn. Thank you very much.
 
anyone know if zma is good for a teenager?
that one i'm not sure of, and when you get more glutimine, make sure to get peptides
 
looks pretty good to me ... not sure how much of ur meals are shakes but try to eat solid foods if u are bulking and keep the shakes to a minimum..
 
yeah that's not bad for a dude who wants to gain 40 pounds. i gained 40 pounds in the past 5 months without taking half of gnc! haha just kidding but don't you get your bcaas in your animal paks? you could probably lose a couple of the supps and eat 2 more meals a day
