im 185..i know when bulking i should get 2 grams of protein per bodyweight but if i can get more then that and more then the total calories they recommand and i eat all clean foods and do this is that ok ? please help me out thanks
yes,...when u are bulking u should eat as much as u cn possibly eat, just make sure its within reason...well ot some extent...I usually try for 300 g when bulking, but adjust it to 200-225 when cutting to adjust my caloric intake
Not quite sure on what you're asking,but if its if you can take in more than 2 grams per lb of bodyweight daily then the answer is yes.I've seen guys use up to 3 grams per lb daily,but I would definitely run some ginger root to help assimilation/absorbtion.
