BULKing Question???

I have a slow metabolism and have no trouble putting on weight when bulking, but the past 5 years I usually get up to around 20% BF. I would like to try and keep the BF down this time around while bulking.

My question is, will wheat bread, wheat tortillas, and oatmeal instead of white breads, do the job for carbs, the protein isnt a prob.

Another thing, if I add nat PB to every meal, wont this add BF since its being taken with a good amount of carbs.

I dont care about putting on a little bit of fat, Im just trying to change it up this year and not be a fat ass while bulking.
 
I am in the same boat as you are. My past experience is that I gain a lot of fat during my bulking phase. So I have basically cut down my calorie intake to a point that it is just enuf for me to bulk slowly (like Maintainence + 500). That's just me though.
 
As well.. try to eat clean, and make more conscience choices on food (i.e. Skim millk, Lean cuts of meat etc...)...

Try also to eat lower GI carbs (Brown rice) as opposed to higher GI carbs (White Rice)...

Well, the choices of food pertaining to carbs are good; however, it all depends on your meal planning. Per-se, if you eat oatmeal at 7am then at 8 6doughnut, well, then it doen't really matter your 7am meal. You follow me there.

what did u guys do that made u fat whe u bulked?? whats an example of ur typical diet?

cuz im bulking and i DONT WANT TO GET TOO MCUH FAT!! i really am trying i take in about 3000-3500 cals a day but im trying to make it good cals except i eat some subway but im gona stop now
