i dont see any pic at all but you definitely need some diet help if you are only 155 at your height... perhaps post up your diet plan in the diet section for help on it...

the problem with counting calories is #1 companies can be 20% off with the calories they list. so in your case since you are so underweight you want to shoot over

also if you are getting 4400 calories a day at 155 pounds then you are simply not eating consistent. if i ate 4400 calories a day i would get fat

you ate 4400 calories i believe that, but did you do that everyday for the past month? no you didn't. you wouldn't be 155 pounds if you did

You are planing on eating 4800 calories at only 155 pounds? You are just going to get fat man.

I would start your calories at around 3000. I like 30% protein, 50% carb, 20% fat for bulking.

Ok ok so I’ve tweaked the diet... it’s now sitting at 3500 plus I’ll add another 300 calorie over spill, so 3800.

I would like to point out that I am starting to sort my diet out just recently and I plan to keep this diet consistent, I want to see change!
I do look quite good I could just do with some more meat on me, 99% of people I talk to give the same statement “ I wish I was like you and eat what I want “ the truth to that is NO you do not, it’s far harder to put it on than to loose it IMO.

I wouldn’t say I was SO underweight
For my age and frame size I sit just in top of what is average. But it’s fair to say I am underweight considering my goals

the whole counting calories thing is wonderful BUT in the end simply weighing yourself over time will give you an indicator if you are eating in a surplus or a deficit.

the more i look into it the more i think the whole calories in and out thing is completely misguided and screwed up. nobody truly knows how many calories they get in and burn throughout the day. we can make guesses based on changes in our body

i think you just need to get on a proper workout program and proper diet. if you start growing you will know you are eating enough.

Don't overthink things man. Just go with the 3500 calories and see how it goes. The thing is that you have to be consistent and stick to it every single day or you will have no way to evaluate if it is working or not.

All great advice boys [emoji1303] I’ll be using the 3500 and I will be sticking with it and I will be consistent.. I’ve just weighed my self I’m 154.7 but I don’t look like you probably think I do lol
My problem has never been lack of dedication, I’m lifting serious just recently I’m tired of wt I see in the mirror [emoji271]
