Bulking - Non-cycle

I'm not taking any AS for another month, however I am trying to bulk up naturally before hand. I've been taking ALA, Flax, B-12, Multi-V's, as well as a good diet. Is there anything I'm missing from the lineup that could help me put on some more relatively clean weight??

Also, when I am taking in too much protein, my shits seem hard as a rock and painful. WTF?? Is there anything I can do to help alleviate this?? Is there a good Protein powder out there that is easier on the ass???

fiber for better poops - lots of veggies, or psyllium husk supplement

and most importantly EAT!!
 
yea man.....1/2 a cup of fiber 1 has 14g of fiber....and no sugar.
Eat that once a day and you can set a clock by your movements. :) Plus it's easy on your "O-ring"
