bulking myself reedonkulously fast

on week 2 & growing fast.
Diet --> check
Gear --> check
Rest --> check
Training --> check

going for 225lbs, under 6% BF
(negged on the dbol and EQ this run)

12 week cycle:

wks 1-12 T-E 1G/wk
wks 1-4 Oxandrolone 80mg ed
wks 5-9 Tren Ace 75mg ed
wks 9-12 Stanz 80mg ed
wks 9-12 Mesterolone 50mg ed
AIFM throughout

Nice cycle.A little short for me but really nice.Do you maintain low bodyfat like that while you bulk or do you put on some bf with the new muscle mass?I cant seem to ever stay lean if I bulk.
 
Good F'ing god you better grow man...haha that is a serious cycle... I'd have B-cups, explosive acne, constant nosebleed, and anger like a raped pitbull!

I am going to put on some significant BF during this bulk cycle for the first 10 weeks or so -- prob around 9-10% depending on how clean I eat.
I'll bring it all in around weeks 9-12 and into PCT to around 6% and then see how low I can go from there without atrophying my gains.
 
Unless you're genetically lean or doing a good amount of cardio, it's hard to not give up a few bf% points when bulking, assuming your diet is "in check". For me, an "in check" all out bulking diet consists of LOTS of clean carbs, on the order of 500+ g daily. Even with gear like tren, or using GH it's kinda hard to not at least LOOK puffy/bloated. At least that's my experience.

Do you eat rice and potatoes and bread bro?I love white rice but not sure if I should not use it as a carb source.I do not have an ecto metabolism and I do gain fat when I bulk even clean.But on the other side of the coin Id like to bulk at a descent pace and get it over with so I can get to cutting wich is what I prefer doing lol

White rice and potato's post workout only. I use them like I'd use sugar really. Otherwise all brown or whole grain rice, bread is sparse and only a few pieces of whole grain toast in the AM. If you're comfortable cutting then you can go ahead and bulk hard.

yea I agree big buy; its all in the complex carb meal timing.
Aslo like gymratforlife said too, ecto metabolism peeps can cut easily; I'm more of a Mesomorphic so cutting is also not a prob but I still have to go at it with 100% focus to crank out that last few bf% and get the abs diced.

I can get lean pretty ast due to the fact that I actually love doing cardio,but metabolism is not the best I can gain muscle or fat pretty easily,although it seems that with the gh I am not putting much if any fat but what seems to be a ton of water weight wich I am hoping will transfer into more strength and then into more muscle gains.The hardest part about bulking for me is dealing with the mental tricks my mind plays on me.If I think I am getting too bulky I start getting paranoid and want to hit the cardion and diet its a constant mental battle to keep growing with out prejudice.

the mental part is tuff on me too. some days I feel small, others I feel fat, others I feel to thin.. I'm all fucked up ...lol!

After I started HGH at 4iu a day , I actually lost body fat during a bulking cycle for the first time ever. The fat burning effects of HGH makes the steroids more powerful it seems, and when I did a 2nd bulking cycle 8 weeks after that one ended, I again lost body fat percentage points. I haven't done a cutting cycle in about 2 years, and I haven't breached 8% in a while.. it's interesting. And this is for the guy who would bloat up to 15-16% sometimes.

That is music to my ears now that I am bulking myself and runing gh with the aas.Should be interesting.So far I havent seem to gain any bf yet but some water from the gh and a-bombs and a few piunds of muscle.

Sorry guys I thought I had subscribed to this after I posted...Personally I'm an endo/meso. I can gain 40 lbs in 3 months, and as long as the food is clean, I wont gain too much fat. But I do get fat if I start to eat garbage, even if it's for a week. So my body is I guess "strict but fair". It realizes when I'm putting the effort in and rewards me, but when I start to slack, it fights back with a vengence.

Hulk I agree with the complex carb timing. Even during cutting, complex carbs are important. You need them for thermogenesis, and really anything less than 100 g a day is simply too little.

On the GH topic, I've gone a little cooky and instead of 10 iu EOD I've been playin with 10 iu one day, 5 iu the next day, and skipping a few days here and there. REsults??? WIth the AF store products and my current diet, I'm literally getting leaner every single day. Only AAS i'm on is eq 600, sust 250, and var 60. and teh Eq and sust haven't kicked in yet (started 10 days ago). So yeah, cutting isnt bad even for someone with my body type, but I'd still rather be eating burgers, fries, pizza's, mexican food, sushi, cheesecake factory, aaaah...fuck need to pop a t-rex before I start eating my desk.
 
Solid, if you're referring to my post, I'm only using var because I got it damn near free (6 weeks worth of 60 mg/day for what I pay for a vial of test prop) and am trying to use very mild anabolics for a few weeks before adding fina, winstrol, and masteron.

for example:

after my second cycle (test, eq, winnie) i kept looking in the mirror and wondering what the hell i did wrong....i didn't see much, if any change at all.

then i went up to n.e. tennessee to hang out with some friends i hadn't seen for almost a year.

the first morning....er...afternoon... there i stumbled out of bed, wearing only boxers...the conversation of the other 3 guys came to a schreaching halt with 'em all staring at me.

checking to make sure nothing was poking out, i grumbled "what?????"

they all smiled at me, one guy said "dayum son....you've been lifting HARD, haven't you!"

i can't tell you all how happy that 3 second conversation made me feel.




time to get back to that level.

Same thing with me and the abombs.i had 2 vials of the liquid sitting around for ever staring at me so I said fuck it what better to use to kick start a nice bulker with than abombs so I added them to the 400mg of test cyp and eq that I was cruising on.I will probably raise the eq/cyp dose to a gram of each once I drop them because I dont want high doses of eq along with abombs in same cycle.I am eating a ton of carbs and seem to be responding really well to that so we will see how it goes.

I have used eq up to 1200 mg a week with out problems but what I am afraid of with runing the 2 together is the blood preassure so I will keep it low.The only thing that gives me nasty anxiety that I cant use at all because of so many sides is clen.The headaches are unberable too.

thinkin about trying to do a show in May. Not sure I'm ready for that but I wanna try for the helluva it. Not even sure how to approach a show and what to do about preparing; but I know I can get my BF down below 6% and come in about 225lbs at 6' 1"

-any guys with experience on stage have a suggestion or should I just forget it?
