Bulking Meal

what's everyone's favorite bulking breakfast? or meal? id have to say chocolate chip pancakes with vanilla ice cream on top and whipped cream with some hot fudge along with a protein shake and some scrambled eggs. 1 vitamin and mineral supplement as well as well as extra c and e and some glutamine. what about you guys??? wash it all down with some H2O and im good to go. :chomp: :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:
 
8 scrambled eggs, with two pieces of cheese or shredded cheddar cheese on top, a bagel with cream cheese, a glass of whole milk, and a doughnut(sorry the doughnut isn't good for you):D
 
16oz...skimmilk
16oz 100% wholegrain shreddedd wheat
10 egg whites
1tbsp flaxseed oil = about 750 calories to start with
 
2 whole eggs / 2 whites cooked in microwave
3 slice turkey bacon
2 thin slice swiss cheese
1 tablespoon low fat mayo
couple slices of tomato
put all ingredients within a bagel making a breakfast sandwich. wash down with a protein shake.
 
i would have to say 7 egg whites/5 whole eggs, bowl of oatmeal, two slices of toast, and wash that down with some chocolate milk.
 
blend 2 bananas with 2%milk and 2 scoops of whey, add that blend into the pancake mix and mix it up with an egg or two, make the pancakes and eat with frozen strawberies or honey
