Bulking Foods....

My training partner is finding it hard to put on weight. He lifts hard, 3 times a week using low volume. He eats 6 times a day, plenty of meat: 2 of those are Mass drinks.
What are strategies can he use to put on weight?
I've advised liquids like milk and fruit juices, as well as Flax oil and nuts.
Any others?

define "plenty of meat?"

fast food is a true hardgainers staple...though not the healthiest, getting in massive cals (8,000 for some) is more than difficult with clean food.

There are no "bulking foods" really... burn less calories than one is taking in and you will gain. Plain and simple.

Caloricly dense foods are easier to pack in quick before one gets full and are usually considered "junk food" but it's what some have to do.
