bulking diet

hey guys, I need a little help on a bulking diet....heres my average daily intake, so let me know what i should change, or more likely add to it to make it more successful.

Meal 1 -
Multivitamin
3/4cup oatmeal
8 ounces milk

Meal 2 -
50g protein shake

Meal 3 - (normally post workout)
6-7 ounces of lean chicken - around 27g protein
brown/white rice
1-2 cups 2% milk

Meal 4 - 25g protein shake w/bannana

Meal 5 -
6-8 ouces chicken/turkey/fish
vegetable
some sort of bread

Meal 6 - 50g protein shake

And normally i'll throw in another 5-6 ounces of chicken if i get hungry....any suggestions??
 
if ur trying to bulk up, ur supposed to eat till your full with just about every meal.. thats what i did. for 2 weeks i ate 2.5-3 pounds of pasta and and about 6-8 servings of meat, plus shakes.

then i gained 10 pounds. YAY..
 
my bulking diet is basically "eat what you see".
I just eat whatever i want whenever i want. IMO if you dont have too much problems with excess fat, just eat everything, no need for this programmed meal shit.
But if you put on fat easily this may be your only option.
 
If you are wanting to gain mass, you must significantly increase your food intake and calories.

Eat food that carries high nutrition and yields high contents of amino acids and carbohydrates.

lean red meat
chicken
eggs
skim milk
fish
pasta
rice
beans
potatoes and other mixed vegetables
breads
medium chain triglycerides and other non-saturated fats
bananas
yogurts
cottage cheese

Stay away from cakes, donuts, and other sugary foods which yield little to no nutrition. These foods can be destructive with your blood sugar.
 
What's your age and sex?
Also, you need some more carbs and fats. Just more everything. Go check the diet board or do a search on bulk diets. Mmm... bulk diets. Think I'll eat at Wendy's today.

MMMmm. I'm just ending my bulk in a couple of days.. so I went all out of Wendys last night too... lol
3 jr bacon cheese burgers
1 Chicken Filet sandwhich
1 chile cheese nachos
1 glass water

I enjoyed myself :)
 
your wendy's has nachos ? damn. I was shitfaced a couple of weeks ago late nite in montreal and stumbled into a burger king and was talked into a large order of poutine, that is a clutch sloppy bulking food.
 
I don't think you need all those shakes either. If you're gonna bulk, you'll wanna eat a LOT of meat/chicken/etc. Many things on swain's list will give you enough protein for the day. I'd keep the shakes to one, MAYBE two a day.
