bulking cycle finished - change workout?

obviously was doing 8-10 rep range with heavy weight, for most exercises.... but now that I am off my first ever cycle, is it best to try and maintain that strength with low reps or what? what should change if anything now that I am off the gear?

yeah, i have probably already lost a 1lb or 2 simply because of the intensity of the workout has diminished... I just don't have the endurance when I am not on... so any advice on how I can maximize my workout routine would be appreciated.

well regardless you should be trying to shock your muscles up by constantly changing/upping/dropping your work out
try a week of drop sets or something

Noxplode is crap i use xyience noxcg3 i have used noxplode and its crap
try some of that vigor shit that nelsons selling i heard a good rep about it
also i know it sounds cheesy but for the time im off im always taking weightgain or at least protein with a grip of carbs/calories
