Bulking cycle diet question...

I'm 5'10", 180lbs, and about to go on a bulking cycle. What should my caloric intake be? 3000 a day enough? And how many grams of fat / carbs / and protein should I be taking in?

I know it is a bulking cycle, but lean muscle mass is the goal, so should I keep my fat down? I am using FitDay.com to keep track. That site is awesome. Thanks for any help.
 
Check out The stickys for Mr. X's diets. There's always of course plenty of diets but you got some really good ones up there u can use as a template, then ask some more questions.
