I'm 5'10", 180lbs, and about to go on a bulking cycle. What should my caloric intake be? 3000 a day enough? And how many grams of fat / carbs / and protein should I be taking in?
I know it is a bulking cycle, but lean muscle mass is the goal, so should I keep my fat down? I am using FitDay.com to keep track. That site is awesome. Thanks for any help.
