Bulking/Cutting Cycles

I am looking for good ideas on the bulking/cutting cycle times. The protocol calls for 2weeks bulk then 2weeks cut but I was wondering if anyone has done anything that works better for some good results. Thanks.
 
I am not sure that there are set time frames for this, I think you should set a weight you want to bulk up to, once you reach your goal, set a BF% you want to cut down to. Usually people Bulk in winter time when you can hide under sweatshirts, and then begin cutting in Jan/Feb/Mar to prepare for Spring Break. I started cutting in Jan and think it was way to soon, shouldve bulked till Feb.

I dont think you're gona get good results doing a 2 week cycle. Some of the guys here bulk for more than a year. As for me, i bulk for abt 6 months then cut for 2 months then repeat. It allows me to put on good size as well as keep my bf in check.
