I believe I am a mesomorph, I gain easily but have to be careful of fat gain, too. I also lose easily, esp. when I am strict on diet and getting my cardio done. I am cycling during this bulking, so I want some size(~25lbs), but I also don't want too much fat gain, maybe 1 or 2 pts. on bf. So, anyone have any ideas for a mesomorph, if you are one yourself? Thanks and karma as always for good help!!
