who are you gonna play football for...theres no way you can get away with playing college football and smoking, drinking and getting high. NCAA is a whole diff level - if you walk out onto the field hung over or out of breath you will get you neck snapped, maybe you can get away with it at d2 or d3.
I'm assuming you will be playing D1 because you said three months away and only div1 schools have spring practice.
And why 3 months? we start up winter workouts on january 19th. My advice is to live clean for a few months and train with the team - you'll be suprised how much your body will grow over that period with all the meals they give you and the intense well planned out schedule they'll have you on.
you have a lot of growing to do at 6'1" 180lb, looking at the pic you'd prob. be the smallest looking in my locker room, I only play QB and I'm 45lbs heavier than you.
