OK heres one for you folks, Im 31 and ive been training for 6 yrs. Im 5'10" and 172lbs. I go to the gym every 2 days and i eat well. Ive just started my first proper course of the gear 200mg of deca and 500mg of sustanon once a week for 10 weeks. Im on proviron and ive got some hcg for post. All i want to know is how much weight ill put on and how much i can expect to keep post cycle. Cheers guys.
 
Are you doing a 3 day workout per week such as Chest/Triceps/Shoulders; Back/Biceps/abs; Full legs? That would a workout every two days. I you can expect to add probably 8-12 pounds of muscle mass. Remember, the AS is not going to build your muscle unless you work it hard. Every two days...you had better be working the bodyparts hard.
 
I would say not as much as you hope. I would up the test to 750 per week the deca to 300 per week and train 3 days on one day off consistently for the cycle. Follow this and watch the muscles grow!

No I would say 4 day week. When I say every 2nd day, Ill do Chest/triceps then days rest then back/biceps then days rest then shoulders/triceps days rest then full legs. Then it all starts all over again. I dont want to train more often than that do I, Muscles need time to build dont they.
