When you want to gain a lot of muscle in a minimum of time you'll gain fat

But how Elitefitness member Bulk ?
Do they Use Mrx Guide lines or other ?IF NO WHAT THEY USE ?

Thanks, Guy

if you want to bulk.... just eat.... eat plenty !

a good MRP (like nlarge2) could help

eat red meat, peanut butter, milk,....

2500 cals and you're full ????

don'T worry bro.... you'll become used to it... and once you reach the 3500-4000 cals step....then I'll understand why you're full.... but after awhile, you'll become used to 4000 cals and you'll be even hungry :)

enjoy food before your next cutting diet...

red meat, pasta, rice, potatos, get some whey for some shakes to help with cals at first, milk, toss in some chicken, fish, buy some ground beef cook up crap load of hamburgers. Perhaps get some flax seed oil. Im still new in all this, but starting to get a little feel about what this is all about. Workout HARD, but SAFELY, in the gym, this will make you hungry, your muslces will crave food. Personally im thinking about cutting back on chicken, just not calorie dense, perhaps when im going to cut ill toss in chicken etc. Tuna is quick and high in protein, helps if your short in that category end of the day, toss in some low fat mayo and got yourself a pretty good snack. Drink A LOT of water and take multivitamen, sleep too. Its one big trial and error thing. everyone reacts differently to working out, eating, sleeping etc. good luck

Ok guys I will go with 3300 cal for 6 week
And see if I get Good Result I will Thanks all whom help me , And Go 2 week CKD And Start agine Bulk UP
:)

3300 That mean there will be fat spill over is that right?
If There Fat Spill over Do I Need to stop 3300 Cal or Decrease My Calories "minus 100" ?
Or I have not Care about it , "its normal To gain Fat in Bulk "

How much do you weigh, bro, 3300 calories is barely over most people's maintenance. And, btw, no he was not joking about being hungry after 4000 calories... Your stomach just needs to expand and get used to more calories... 2500 is pathetic.

ya.. my stomach needs to expand a little bit.. but i think it helps to hit the weights hard. make it ALL progressive. your weights move up progressivley, so should your diet/cals. im trying to move up about 200 cals a week, until i hit about 3500-3700. couple more weeks.

75 kg mean 165

If 2500 is pathetic.
Why. There many fat people here and there!!!!!!!

I increase my calories intake + 500
After 3000 I have balloon in my stomach, what I Should do? Or that is Normal to gain mass

I don’t, see any guy in our gym bloated in stomach like me!!!
Even, Fatty Guys and Big guys

The fraud of bulking....

"Bulking" is whenever you take in excessive calories to put on muscle. You have to eat big to get big....period.

However, there is no magic number. You are supposed to use a balance of carbs and protien in each meal to optimize muscle growth.

The plan I'm on says to start where you want. It suggested 2,500 cal/day. I started at 1,500/day. In 2 weeks, if you've made no gains in measurements on the arms or chest, increase by 500 cal/day. If the same 2 weeks later, go up another 500 cal/day.

Going bigger in steps enables the body to adapt to the increase in food.

Also, on non-training days, cut 500 calories off your intake.

The program I use says to keep going. If you get to a level and show gains on your arms and/or chest, stay at that level until you don't make any more gains. Monitor your waist measurement at all times too. When you've put 2" on at the waist, drop intake by 1,500 cal/day until you get those 2" off, then put 1,000 cal/day back on and continue.

You shift from bulking to add muscle to cutting to get off the excess fat that comes with it. As you put on more muslce, the more intake you need to maintan it--ergo, you also need more to bulk.

Don't just jump to an excessive intake. Give your body time to adjust to the increased intake.

Don't just eat anything. Eat as clean as you can and get the right amount of protien and carbs. If you eat a bunch of carbs but no protien, you'll just get fat.

I feel that. Last year I was up around 6000kcal/day for awhile, natural, and I still felt hungry. BUT, I did gradually work up to that. The Holidays and all the delicious calorie dense food around that time made it easier to get the cals. All in all, though, I think I finished a 2 or 3 month size run at around 205 to 210, a week later I was probably back around 200lbs. So when you're bulking, gradually up your cals, when you notice some actual chub, not just extra water (which is alot of what I was having due to creatine, 500+carbs/day) you'll have found a point to stick at. Keep going at that point, you'll keep adding muscle, increasing you metabolic rate, etc.

Oh yeah, if you're worried about fat gain, cycle your cals. What I'm doing is eating around maintenence for 4 days, then for 3 I eat about 1000kcals above. It's working well, I'm up at least 4 lbs in about 3 weeks and still have a 32 inch waist.

Thanks, for help guy
