Bulk up diet.. Ripped Diet... What about...

I don't know if you're looking for ideas or just venting...

But if you're looking for ideas, I like Dr. Andrew Weil's approach to food and health. His _Eating Well for Optimal Health_ is a good book. Visit his website here if you are interested.
 
For a diet that will keep you healthy, include

- Fiber (40g a day is optimal)
- Healthy fats (Olive oil, salmon)
- Low in sat. fat meats
- Fibrous veggies
- Fruits
- Whole carbs (wwpasta, wwbreads, brown rice)
- No sodas, plenty of water
- No stimulants (cofee , ephedra, ma huang)

Follow those guidelines, along with exercise, youre on your way to health. Fuck calories, youll maintain if you keep that in mind.
Ppl here obsess about cals, but its because they have a goal to achieve. In your situation, your goal is easily attained with the above guidelines, not cal counting.
