Bulk or cut

Hey everyone. First off, I'm a 33 year old male with a few cycles under my belt. I have been out of the game for some time because of some shoulder surgeries, but I'm feeling good and ready to get back in shape. I'm 5'9" and currently about 205 with probably 18% bf (mostly around my belly lol). I am on trt and I have a pretty physical job so I still have some muscle, but my body fat is a concern. I have some dbol, tren, and a bunch of test but I don't know if I should bulk or cut. My inclination is to run dbol for the first 4 weeks and try to put on as much size as I can, and then lean out the rest of the cycle but I've always been told bulking and cutting in the same cycle is stupid. I'm not really looking to get super huge or super ripped, just want to put on as much muscle as I can and eliminate my belly fat. So what should I do, bulk, cut, or do you think I could reach my goal with the idea outlined above? Thanks.
 
I would probably stay away from the dbol if i were you, because it will not help you lose any of that belly fat and will only make you gain more water weight. The tren will def help with cutting, but most people will say you should cut your BF before you start a cycle. but since you are on TRT you should definitely get some aromasin @ 12.5 EOD and see how that helps. and then be doing cardio and eating correctly first. once you fix that, then you could try a cycle.

But it should be easy to make gains in muscle and body fat losses since you already are on TRT.....so I would hold off on the cycle until you have made adequate training changes.don't use juice as a shortcut to get there."


that being said per your question: use tren and a cutting oral like Var or Winny to help with your goals.

Save your dbol for another cycle.
 
There's no bulking or cutting steroids... Your diet dictates whether you cut or bulk. If I were you I would get your diet dialed in 100% and find out exactly what you need to add, drop, etc. to your diet BEFORE starting a cycle. If you start a cycle now (even if your diet is good while on) you are just going to eventually go back to your shitty diet and training once you come off and lose everything. You have to make the more mature decision and think everything out.

As far as whether you should bulk or cut you didn't really give us enough info on your goals etc. If you posted up a pic I'm sure you would get a lot more help. But shit you have Tren you can do whatever you want.
 
If youre not exactly Frank Zane with the dieting, try to get at 15% or below before hitting any gear or the bloat will push you to 20%
 
That's what I figured the advice would be. I know better, I just needed a nudge in the right direction I guess. It's just so much more fun to bulk lol. I know there is no bulking or cutting AAS, I have enough for 2 cycles- a bulk and a cut. I know diet determines which way you go. I cut natty several years ago when I was on my way out of the Army and had went from 205 to 170 in about 16 weeks. I lost some strength though. I don't think I was getting enough calories for the amount of cardio I was doing but my meals were restricted and it was out of my hands. My job was mobile the last 5 months so my work outs were spotty and it was hard to eat right since I was out on some train tracks in the middle of nowhere for 10-14 hours a day. I'm back home now so my diet is pretty clean, I just need to crunch some numbers and adjust my caloric intake accordingly. Thanks for the advice.

Just cause you pour syrup on shit don't make it pancakes.
