Bulk or cut -- need some input -- pics inside

Stats:
33 years old
5'9"
165 lbs
BF% ... not sure, I would guess 15%-16%? Estimates?

History:
1. Been lifting on and off for about 10 years. When I started lifting, I weighed 120 lbs. :worried: It took about 5 years of hard training to get up to 160 doing squats, chins, bench and lots of clean eating and sleeping. I seem to have level'd off at around 160-165. I have a pretty small frameand have a hard time getting above 165 without the majority of it feeling like it is going to my gut.

2. I'm on TRT and have been for the last ~3 years. 120mg/week of Test Cyp + 500iu/week of HCG. So for PCT, I planned to just go straight back to my TRT dosages.

3. I have run a couple of 6wk mini cycles using 200mg/week of Test and that's about it. I like pharm-grade Test. :) I have to be careful about using too much or I will run out and piss of my doctor. I value the relationship I have with him and don't wanna F that up.

4. Since the pics above, I have gained a little bit of weight in the tummy. I'm trying to diet that off.

If I am lean enough, I was thinking of a bulker:
1-12 Test Cyp @ 250mg/week
1-12 EQ @ 400mg/week
8-12 Tbol @ 40mg/day

Or do you guys think I should lean out doing something like this:
1-12 Test Cyp @ 250mg/week
1-12 Primobolan Depot @ 400mg/week

I am going to Hawaii in the next 2 months or so, so I am leaning towards #2. As many have said, you look bigger at lower weight and low BF vs higher weight and higher BF.

Yeah, you might want to bulk and then cut. How big are your arms? 15? 15.5? If you got them up to the 16.5 range, I would assume the rest of your body would be proportionate to that.....and then you could cut and be a decent 175 or so with lower body fat.

i would bulk. eat clean and concentrate on core lifts like bench and deads. i think your arms are more advanced than the rest of you, your chest and lats need to catch up. go heavy on flat and incline bench and do heavy wide grip pulldowns or chins.
recommend: test e 500mg wk 1-12, deca 200-400 wk 1-8, dbol 20-30mg/day wk 1-4.
you should put on some serious mass with that. just remember to eat clean and train hard.

Dude im 5"9 215 11% bf built as hell and i think im tiny you need some size brotha!!! I dont care what people say about "stacked not being in these days everyone likes shredded" i say T4 and Abombs all the way haha
 
Fuck no don't bulk at this point....you have a good foundation bro, imo to get a sick looking build that guys will respect and girls will drip over i would run a cycle like this with a real clean diet, basically cals a little below maintenance with a cheat meal e5d....

wk 1-10 tren ace 50mg ed
wk 1-10 test cyp 500mg ew
wk 1-5 winstrol 50 mg ed
wk 5-10 masteron 150mg eod
wk 10-12 test prop 100mg eod
wk 10-12 winstrol 50mg ed

dostinex/t3/clen for ancillaries

you will transform your body with this if you diet /trin correctly.....you will gain size while leaning out with this cycle...and will be very happy...if you bulk with the bf you have now you will not notice much difference in your build...other people will notice you got "bigger" but won't neccasariily look better....once your at 7-8% bf then run a nice PCT and wait a couple months till the fall and start a nice lean bulker with test/eq/var etc....jmo

I would do a lean bulk while taking a-dex for any bloat. You have a good base and shouldn't gain a whole lot of bodyfat and you should be good to go.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback!! Lots of good info.

BTW-Arms are currently about 15.25" and waist is about 30.5". When I diet, I pair of pants that is 29" in the waist fits pretty loose.
