im a big fan of cardio mostly because i have to work overtime to just look decent...im about to take another cycle...Test Deca DBOL...with my intense training...run 30 minutes about 5 days a week...but some buddies of mine said it will cut down essentially on bulking up and getting big...it didnt happen for irst few cycles..but ive been hearing this alot lately...is it true?

It's good to keep a healthy heart. 15-20min a day 3-4x a week at a moderate pace should be plenty.
