Bulk Cycle With Cardio???

im a big fan of cardio mostly because i have to work overtime to just look decent...im about to take another cycle...Test Deca DBOL...with my intense training...run 30 minutes about 5 days a week...but some buddies of mine said it will cut down essentially on bulking up and getting big...it didnt happen for irst few cycles..but ive been hearing this alot lately...is it true?

that is usually the excuse guys who hate cardio and are cardiovascularly unfit give others as to why they don't do cardio bro

keep doing it, you may not want to do it every day, but at least 3 days/week
 
Keep it in there bro! Just means you gotta eat that much more :Chef: It's good to keep a healthy heart. 15-20min a day 3-4x a week at a moderate pace should be plenty.

I've been dealing with that misconception for over 20 years. I have "bulked " and trained for a marathon at the same time. AAS are good for building muscle and increasing cardiovascular fitness. The whole "gain fat and then lose it" mentality is just an excuse to be lazy.

Bro, I am about to do a sus/dbol cycle for bulk. I too have to work overtime to keep bf down. I plan on hitting precor for around 20 min three days per week right after I weight train.
 
thats what ive always done lifted ym ass off and then ran for 15-20 mins after i lift or uslaly 4-5 days a week...basically just not on days where i lift legs...and its worked pretty good for me..even when i was taking AAS...but i just wondered maybe i was cutting my self shrot when i was on a cycle maybe i could have gotten more and maybe bigger...but it sounds lik what im doing is fine...so thanks for all the help guys!
