By adding a bunch of carbs= abunch of bf. Keep your carbs about 30-40% of cals, protein 40-50% and 20% healthy fat. EFA's SesaMAX etc. I never go nuts on Carbs. just HIGH protein. Every 2 hours you should be stuffing 50gr of protein. My bf never goes over 9%. Now at 6'1" 210 I'm no monster, but people think I'm a lot heavier.
