Bulk Cut Combo

ok you always hear of people in their bulking phase or cutting phase. i'm curious is it better to do one big cycle with bulking and cutting included or 2 complete seperate cycles one bulk then cut, for example

10 weeks deca, sust, dbol then 6 weeks of winstrol and anavar and primo, or

deca week 1-10
sust 1-10
primo 2-10
anavar-4-10
winny 4-10?

I belive it is best to do 2 separate cycles. After you are done bulking your body will need time to adjust to the added weight. If you drop the cals to fast and start trying to "cut" up, you will end up losing some of that size you have just added.

The only thing that might be considered...is to do a bulking cycle and then in the last 4 or so weeks you may want to add cardio while maintaining the calories and protien levels as you have had during the first part of you cycle...Tat way, by the end of the cycle, you will be at a specific weight and maybe you can maintain it easier during PCT as Mustang suggested.
I would recommend reducing the cardio during PCT though.
 
I am trying something new guys and will let u know how it works out. I am eating a strict diet during the week and then carbing like crap on the weekend. So far Its going great. Oh and check this. I am doing one bodypart ed for two weeks than doing a two day split for two weeks and vice versa. I am adding less bodyfat so far by doing this. It really tricks your body and shocks the fibers better I think.

hmm how is that training body part everyday workin for strength i been thinkin of doin that for chest, my chest is always lacking behind from everything in size and strength.

What does your rotuine look like?
 
Routine? This might take a while. Basically one bodypart per day such as back, legs chest, arms. 4-6 exercises except for arms which are tripled due to bi's, tri's, shoulders. Week three starts the upper body one day, lower body next, rest then upper body, lower body, etc.

With the AS cycle I was taking I went from 185 to 205 back down to 198. Gained a smidgen of bf then have gotten really cut, bout 5-6 % bf from 8 or 9%. AS was pyramided from low to mid to low and this will throw you, test and dball where used. Yes you can cut on it!!!! Diet, Diet, Diet. I rather call it eating right rather than dieting because I enjoy everything I eat. Also, believe it or not, no cardio what so ever.
 
I think a bit has to due with where your starting off from. If your lean to begin with(say 8%bf for example), then I think you can bulk thne cut in the same cycle. You just have to make sure that when your bulking, your taking in clean calories so you don't add on exsseive amounts of bf. If your bf is higher to begin with then you should probably divide it into two different cycles, since chances are no matter how clean you bulk, your going still going to put on some fat.
