This summer I want to put on about 25lbs of muscle, and be cut for September 1st. I can start May 1st (have to recover from Gyno surgery). I'm 5'9", 170, 11%+/- BF, and have one real cycle under my belt which was 500mg of Sust w/ a little Fina at the end.
I see things two ways:
a) Bulk, then come off... then start a cutting cycle.
b) Bulk, then go right into cutting. (but I would be on for almost 16 weeks)
I was thinking of running 600mg of of Cyp or Ethanate for 8-10, and then lower the dose to maybe 400mg and throw in some fina, winny, & clen. My reason for staying on for the full 16, is so I only have to jumpstart my HPTA once. However with 16 weeks, I'm worried that being on that long might be too much for someone with limited juice experience.
Whadda ya guys think?
