Bulk 5 days/Diet 2 days. Thoughts?

What are your thoughts on this?

Bulk up for five days...eat like a horse. Do your weights M, Tu, Wed. Maybe back/legs, chest/shoulders/abs, bis/tris, on those days respectively. Then just eat on Th, Fri and relax to let your muscles grow. Then when your muscles aren't sore anymore on Sat and Sun, do cardio twice a day (once in the morning on an empty stomach) and diet down to .... I dunno, 500 below maintainance? And take hydroxycut, E/C/A, NYC (whatever floats your boat) both of those days as well.

It sounds like a good idea in theory I suppose. I just thought of that while in the kitchen a second ago. Let me know what you think.

Well, it sounds like the ACD diet I'm working on (anabolic/catabolic). It's a feasibility. But, I think you will gain a little fat, but the muscle gains should be good too.

Well if you bulk, you will gain fat, there's no question about it. But I figured that this would keep the fat at bay on the weekends without sacrificing muscle b/c your body doesnt have time to adjust your metabolism. So whatever fat you gain during those 5 days, you will lose on the weekends. Or at least some of it, without getting in the way of your bulking.
 
Hunting Pig Out cycle is a cycle diet that can stimulate endogenous hormones...so it's a nutritional tactics that's only good for a natural athlete...if ya like to know more ask me ;)
 
I prefer to bulk for two weeks then diet for one, this will ensure most of your gains are LBM. When I diet I actually diet two weeks eat maintenance the next week. I actually base my calorie calculations on T-mag's massive eating diet but need to subtract 5% because I get too fat otherwise.

Basics are too go on almost no food all day then have a huge meal, or eat below maintenence for a few days then have a huge bump in cals. I think. Others can further elaborate.
