What are your thoughts on this?
Bulk up for five days...eat like a horse. Do your weights M, Tu, Wed. Maybe back/legs, chest/shoulders/abs, bis/tris, on those days respectively. Then just eat on Th, Fri and relax to let your muscles grow. Then when your muscles aren't sore anymore on Sat and Sun, do cardio twice a day (once in the morning on an empty stomach) and diet down to .... I dunno, 500 below maintainance? And take hydroxycut, E/C/A, NYC (whatever floats your boat) both of those days as well.
It sounds like a good idea in theory I suppose. I just thought of that while in the kitchen a second ago. Let me know what you think.
