Built in tapers

I've heard that there is no need to pyramid down with enanthate because it has built in tapers? Is this true? Should you pyramid up or just start at one level and stay there the entire cycle?

What are the recommended doses per week? (8 to 10 week cycle)

Stats: 30 yr old, 250lbs, 17%bf, 15 yrs of lifting experience, lift 5 days a week

This would be my first cycle

there is no need to taper...it does it on it's own so no worries...depending on how many cycles you've done depends on the dose...but average is 250-500mg EW...i prefer 500mg EW for 10-12 weeks...throw in some winny or var for 50mg Ed for the last 6-8 weeks and you'll be happy!!!
 
depends on dosing but in general yes it has a built in tapering off once u stop taking it due to its half life.
