I've heard that there is no need to pyramid down with enanthate because it has built in tapers? Is this true? Should you pyramid up or just start at one level and stay there the entire cycle?
What are the recommended doses per week? (8 to 10 week cycle)
Stats: 30 yr old, 250lbs, 17%bf, 15 yrs of lifting experience, lift 5 days a week
