Here's a good starting point: http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/table_of_contents_thread.htm

It's a big subject area so there's lots to read, but the more you read, the more you'll understand about various aspects of training, which will put you ahead of 99.9% of other kids your age. At 15 years old, you ought to be able to acomplish those goals with a good training program and plenty of food. Just read, read, read. And then ask questions.

There are a lot of people on here who will help you, especially if you've shown that you've done some research yourself.

Good luck!

Lift HEAVY!! Keep low reps, somewhere between 4-6/set. If you're playing football try and focus on explosive, combination movements(i.e. squats, deadlifts, cleans, bench, etc...) Those are good for building overall mass developing great explosion. Keep your intensity up when working out(dont talk to everyone in the gym!). Always try and push yourself to the a new level at every workout. Lift with a purpose! Oh, and eat, eat, eat! Good luck and I hope I was helpful. If you need any other help with specifics just send me a pm.
