Hii I'm new I'm 5'7, 158lbs, 20yrs. I want to gain muscle. And i have 2 rest days a week. I eat a lot, but i eat healthy.  Looking to drop my bf% from 21% to 16%, and gain about 10lbs of LBM. I do cardio 4 days and week and resistance train 5 days. Pyramid sets super sets and low rep high mass is what im juggling around with currently. Im open to suggestions and chatting!
