Building Muscle Strength

So I've been coming to these forums for nearly a year now and I have used a lot of good advice found here to help me cut a nasty amount of weight. I could still lose a few more pounds, but after throwing off nearly 70 lbs, I want to focus on building some strength now. I currently lift and still do cardio, but I'm looking for suggestions about some supplements I could take that could be helpful when it comes to getting in more reps, recovering faster and building muscle quicker than I could if I was going all natural (granted I'm not sure such supplements even exist as I am only beginning to research this)

Wrong forum dude, this should belong in supplements, but whatever.

Food being the most important!
For starters- A good whey protein isolate, egg protein or milk protein powder. Creatine mono or Kre-alkyln.
A good glutamine supplement.

These should help quite a bit with recovery and mainting a postive nitrogen balance.
