Building a thick back

Let me first put my stats out. im 19 years old 6'1" 185 pounds with 10-12%bf.

been lifting since 10th grade so about 4 years now. for my weight im pretty strong. bench max is prob 275 right now.

My upper back or traps and delts look good but my mid and lower back just wont seem to get thick at all. i want to get that look where it looks like u got two steel pipes right beside each other lol.

I was just wondering what i can do to get a thick mid/lower back. Heavy deadlifts?? heavy rows?? i do all of these but still no thickness. help me out guys

Any suggestions or inputs fomr you guys would be GREATLY appreciated.
 
aight thanks guys. Im eatin 6/7 meals a day. tryin to eat everything i see. i'll be on week 3 of test e 300mg a week and dbol 40mg a day tomarrow. before i started i was at 175. its prob mostly water tho bc i drink a butt load. lol any other suggestions

teenager, 185lbs, on steroids. :D

At least it's a small cycle.. get those deads up to 545-600 and the back will get thicker. The magic is patience and persistance, and not getting hurt.
 
lol well im a solid 185, if u saw me u would think im at 195-200. im strong for my weight but my back just wont grow. the most i ever deadlifted was 445 3 reps. but that was 2 years ago. and i will be 20 next month so only a teen for a few more weeks. i dont htink it will amke much of a difference
 
you lifted 445 for 3 two years ago at 17 and I'm hoping not on cycle? your deadlifts should be through the roof while you're on now and therefore adding size to your back

yea that was back senior year in high school. i did dbol then once but i cant remember if it was at that time.

my back routine now is:

wide grip chins 4 set till failure
Deads 4 x 10/8/6/6
Bent over barbell rows 4 x 10/8/6/6
Tbar row 4 x 10/8/6/6
Lat pulldown 4 x 12/10/8/15

then i do some forearms everyday bc i wanna look like lee preist but without the tattoos :)
