Let me first put my stats out. im 19 years old 6'1" 185 pounds with 10-12%bf.
been lifting since 10th grade so about 4 years now. for my weight im pretty strong. bench max is prob 275 right now.
My upper back or traps and delts look good but my mid and lower back just wont seem to get thick at all. i want to get that look where it looks like u got two steel pipes right beside each other lol.
I was just wondering what i can do to get a thick mid/lower back. Heavy deadlifts?? heavy rows?? i do all of these but still no thickness. help me out guys
Any suggestions or inputs fomr you guys would be GREATLY appreciated.
