Anyone recomend a good parts site , I've found www.tigerdirect.com , and maybe a how-to site. I've found a few and have gotten most of the info needed just making sure I'm not missing something.

I'm not sure on the how to part. Maybe pick a book on the A+ certification. It tells you everything you'll need to know when it comes to personal computing hardware.
