I still have a few things sitting in my closet under the steps to the attic - uh, they haven't made it up the ladder yet! lol

What a drag is right, but it's nice to finally see my floor again!

I have been pretty good the last few days, eating-wise. Only screwed up day was Sunday. Worked until 7 am, and then never got to sleep so I pieced on small, "healthy" meals all through the day. Staying up for 36 hours straight ruined my cals for the day, but at least I didn't gorge. Don't have the numbers for Sunday, but the rest of them:

Day 16: Sunday (all screwed up with eating)

4 hour hike in the woods

Day 17: Monday, May 8th

2 hour hike

You guys are sooo great! Still in the process of catching up on these logs, but my dad's coming to town in a couple of hours and may not have time to log much this weekend. Diet's still tight, although I'm taking my dad for Chinese tonight. First reward meal in about 2.5 weeks and I think I'm ready for it. My desire for that type of food has faded again. Yea!! ;)

The hikes were wonderful. Were taken with the new man, and things couldn't be going any better... :heart:

Yesterday I decided to join karate! He'd been wanting to do it for awhile, I needed something different to shake things up a bit and so we decided this will be something fun to do together, since I have my lifting and he has his running. OMG I had a blast and can't wait for the next class. I was pretty sore working out this morning, but I'm feeling great for the extra challenge (mentally and physically).

I think I've found my light at the end of the tunnel after a long 6 months! WOO-HOO for new adventures. Thanks for the well-wishes girls. Luv ya all! I'll catch up on your logs soon - I miss everyone but I'm still around... :bigkiss:

Get out the leaf blower for this one!! Life got in the way and I haven't gotten back on track.

Diet's still good, for the most part, but I was obsessing about eating clean and the workouts. Still taking things one day at a time until I'm better established.

Gym, 3 days a week, karate 2 days a week, hiking whenever I can. At this stage of my life, though I need to give myself time to settle into the new surroundings. Plan to hire a trainer/nutritionist by the fall and start preparing for a "possible" May comp. Letting myself take it easy until that point.

BTW, Bunns - great news on the test results/dr visits. Haven't posted in anyone's logs in awhile but I do read them all. Nothin' but luv and best wishes for you sweetie!! :rose:
