Bubbles.......

On an inj. tonight I had one small stubborn bubble that would not squeeze out and instead of redoing it and risking more bubbles I just went ahead and did it. I got the main ones out, like when you flick and move them all to the top but anyway.....will this cause a problem or will I be cool?? Thanks to all who respond!

I've seen a few post about this- I believe it takes a biiiiig amount of air to hurt you. U are cool- take care. Anyone else know the exact amount-- couple cc's?

Very rarely will you get all the bubbles out. Whenever I draw from an amp I get bubbles. I cant remember the amount but I have seen a post were you would really have to shoot some AIR in you to hurt yourself...

i always have about a 1/4cc of air in the plunger that way when you get down to the end all the air will push the oil out of the neck and the needle and into your muscle, plus a little air into your muscle which acts as a vacuum seal when you pull the needle out there should only remain a little tiny dot of blood so no oil leaks out

that's way more air than i'd be comfortable with, but as far as the small bubbles, you are golden man.

It takes about 5-10 ml of pure air to be injected.. then the bubbles may got through you'r vains and up to you'r hart and BOOM, no more mr funny bunny

i asked a doctor how much air in a syringe it would take for a young person to die and he said about 5ml to 8ml becasue our hearts are usually top notch and it can filter it out, however, in an older person 50 to 70 he said it would take about 2-3 ml of air and for older than that around 1 ml.....but no one ever would put that much in there unless they really wanted to test their fate....and keep in mind this is if you are shooting it directly into a MAJOR vein.....all steroids that i know of are intramuscular so if you wanted you could put as much air as you want in there bu it would hurt a little bit
