Hi - I am on my first cycle at 300mg of Deca (vet) a week. I am two weeks into my cycle and have used each cheek for the first two injects and now I'm getting ready for my third and I still have a knot in my ass from the first injection and I'm wondering if its cool to hit that spot again.

Hello fellow Devil Dog!
Don't hit the same spot directly, go within a one inch radius. Hitting the same spot before the oil has had time to disperse could possibly (slight chance) cause an abscess. If you don't want to risk it, hit your quads. It's weird at first, but once you get used to it, you won't go back to the glutes.

it happens, but I wouldn't say it's normal. Like was suggested, start hitting
the quads too. Heat up the filled syring under water or use a hair dryer. That will make the injection a lot easier. AFter injection, massage the area
for a few minutes. That will move the fluid around and make it easier to absorb.

The knot is not particularily normal, as long as it doesn't turn red and get hot, it'll go down. Just give it some time.

but seriously, if the spot is red and inflamed make sure you figure out what it is (swolen etc...), if it's just a knot you can go into a hot bath and "rub it out" (yes with your thumb)

Hit the quads, you can cut the end off the guard on you 1.5" pins thus shortning the length. I leave about 3/7 to 7/8".
