ive used two jugs but i also stacked it with NITRIX. I get way better pumps in the gym while im using it. I only use it once before a work out, but thats because im taking NIRTIX 2-3 times aday. I think its one of, if not the best sup ive taken..............so far

NO-Xplode was a pretty decent product, though a little too expensive for what it does. You can find much better products that do the same for less.
